Bullet Resistant Glasses

Bullet Resistant Glasses

Bullet resistant glass is a multi-layer laminated unit produced in accordance with EN1063 standard and provides protection against armed attacks. If necessary, tempered glass layers can be used. It is also produced with polycarbonate sheet application to prevent the dispersion of glass particles towards the inside according to the NS class in the EN1063 standard.

Application issues to consider;

    Bullet-resistant glass is generally asymmetrical and is bullet-resistant when applied in the correct position.

    When a bullet resistant multi-layer lamination unit is applied to insulating glazing, the lamination unit must be located on the opposite side of the potential impact.

    In application with polycarbonate, attention should be paid to polycarbonate cleaning conditions.
